Would you like to return something? No problem!
The return process at KHE is simple and straightforward.
Just follow the instructions below.
How to Return Your Order to Us:
1. Register Your Return
Please fill out the contact form below. After submitting it, you will conveniently receive your personal return label by email.
In the comment field, please provide the following information to speed up the return process:
- Customer number
- Invoice number (RE...) or Order number (SW...) – e.g. RE123456 / SW123456
- Reason for return (e.g. too small, defective, wrong item)
Note: By default, we will send you a non-prepaid return label – you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In special cases (e.g. damaged goods), our service team may offer an individual solution.
2. Pack the Item Securely
All products can be returned to us within the return period. Our service team reviews each return individually and decides whether a free return label will be provided.
Please ensure stable and secure packaging to avoid transport damage. Only undamaged items can be fully refunded.

3. Send the Package
Drop off your package at a DHL or Deutsche Post branch.

4. Receive Your Refund
As soon as your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
The refund will automatically be issued via the same payment method you used – e.g. PayPal, credit card, Klarna, or bank transfer.
Important: If you paid in advance (bank transfer), we will additionally require the account holder’s name as well as IBAN and BIC to process the refund. Please provide this information in the comment field of the contact form.
