EURO BB SF-BB06 3E BSA Cartridge Bottom Bracket 68 mm
The EURO BB SF-BB06 3E cartridge bottom bracket is a robust, low-maintenance solution for bikes with a 68 mm BSA bottom bracket shell. Its sealed cartridge design with protected ball bearings keeps out dirt and moisture for smooth, consistent rotation and long service life.
It uses the common BSA thread (BC 1.37\" x 24 TPI) and a 116 mm spindle for square taper cranksets. With a 68 mm shell width, sealed bearing system, and only 326 g weight, it is an ideal replacement bottom bracket for compatible frames and cranks.

Intended use: Sealed cartridge bottom bracket for compatible bicycles with a 68 mm wide BSA bottom bracket shell and BC 1.37" x 24 TPI threading. The 116 mm square-taper spindle is designed for compatible square-taper cranksets. Before installation, ensure that the bottom bracket shell, threading, spindle length and crank interface are compatible.
Installation / use: Clean the bottom bracket shell before installation and inspect the threads for damage. Install the bottom bracket using suitable tools and observing the correct thread direction. Treat the threads according to the installation instructions and tighten all components to the specified torque. Correctly install the square-taper cranks onto the spindle and securely tighten the crank bolts. After installation, check smooth crank rotation, chainline and secure fastening of all connections. Before every ride, check for unusual play, noise or rough bearing operation.
Care and cleaning: Regularly clean the outside of the bottom bracket with water and a soft cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, solvents or high-pressure cleaners. The sealed bearings are integrated into a closed cartridge unit and should not be opened. Regularly inspect the crank fasteners, bearing operation and bottom bracket shell for wear, corrosion and loosening.
Replacement due to wear: Replace the bottom bracket if damaged threads, excessive bearing play, rough or seized bearings, a damaged square-taper interface, corrosion or other safety-related defects are detected. A damaged or incorrectly installed bottom bracket may cause drivetrain failure, resulting in loss of control or injury.
